Website use and social media

General information and communication boundaries

Effective October 24, 2026

This website provides general information about the practice and educational information about mental health. It does not provide an individualized assessment, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan.

Using the website

Browsing, reading a handout, submitting an inquiry, requesting newsletter updates, or sending a referral does not by itself establish a treatment relationship. Care begins only after the practice accepts the patient and the appropriate arrangements and consent are completed. Website information does not replace advice from your treating clinician.

Messages and social media

Do not send medical records, detailed clinical information, or requests for urgent care through public comments, social-media messages, or general website inquiries. Established patients should use the designated clinical channel. Public comments and social media are not used to provide individualized care. The website and general email are not continuously monitored. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Links to other websites are provided for information or access to an identified service. Those sites have their own content, terms, and privacy practices. Information can change; the date on a policy or educational page helps identify the version. Contact the practice if you find a broken link, a possible error, or wording that is difficult to understand. Nothing on this page limits rights provided by applicable law.
